eRideables are efficient, fun, and a great alternative way to get around the City of Stirling – but did you know they have their own set of laws, different to vehicles and pedestrians? On your eRideable you must always wear a helmet and ensure your speed does not exceed 10kmph on footpaths, and 25kmph on bike paths, shared paths, and local roads. You are not permitted to use eRideables on roads with a speed limit of over 50kph or roads with a centre line. For your safety and the safety of others remember to use your bell or verbal warnings when passing others, use lights and reflectors at night, and remember that you must be over the age of 16 to use eRideables.
